Project Management

  • On one specific mega project, Alamo Projects CTO held office of 16.2 for the entire boiler scope. Responsible for the overall safety performance of up to 9,000 Principal Contractor and subcontractor employees. Achieved 11 million manhours without a Lost Time injury.

At Medupi Power Station (6x800MW) in Limpopo Province, South Africa, Alamo Projects has implemented continuous improvement in all our activities including:

a) daily acceptance of electronic data from our client  
b) 24-hour turnaround producing printed and punched pages of all data received on the previous day,
c) daily tracking of all documents,
d) lessons learned and non-conformance reports, weekly and monthly progress reports,
e) productivity assessment of each document controller,
f) deployment of high specification printing and scanning equipment, weekend working when the need arises.
